The Artesky Adjustable Solar Filter 135mm is a visual ND 5.0 filter designed to ensure completely safe solar observation and photography. Handcrafted with a metal cell, it uses a double-coated solar film mounted without tension to guarantee maximum stability and protection.
Mounting and Compatibility
The filter attaches to the optics with three metal screws with plastic tips, ensuring progressive and stable tightening. The clear aperture is 135 mm, and the filter fits tubes with an outer diameter between 130 mm and 152 mm.
Compatible with:
- 127 mm Maksutov-Cassegrain telescopes from Orion, SkyWatcher and Celestron
- 125 mm Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes from Celestron, such as the NexStar 5 SLT
- Many 114 mm Newtonian telescopes with a larger-diameter tube
- Some 120 mm refractors with an oversized focuser and tube
