The Artesky Parallelogram Mount V2 is designed to provide stability, comfort, and precision when using large binoculars for astronomy and nature observation. While binoculars up to 100 mm deliver excellent optical performance, their weight makes prolonged handheld use impractical. This mount eliminates vibrations and fatigue, ensuring smooth, enjoyable viewing sessions.
Made of anodized aluminum and steel, it combines durability with lightweight construction and supports up to 7 kg. The parallelogram design keeps the target in the field of view even when adjusting the height— essential during group observing sessions or when children are involved.
Smooth Movements and Versatility
The L-shaped head allows 360° horizontal and 180° vertical rotation, offering precise, fluid movement even when seated. The main arm has a 90° travel range, while the entire mount rotates 360° around the tripod axis. A standard 3/8″ tripod connection and dual 1/4″ and 3/8″ binocular attachment ensure wide compatibility.
Balancing and Accessories
The mount includes a balancing rail with safety lock and a 20 mm counterweight bar, compatible with most standard weights. The removable L-head allows the installation of Vixen or Losmandy clamps, making the structure suitable for small telescopes or photographic equipment.
