The Artesky Parallelogram Mount V2 is designed to deliver stability, comfort and precision when using large-diameter astronomical and nature-watching binoculars. Binoculars with apertures up to 100 mm offer excellent optical performance, but their considerable weight limits hand-held use. This support removes vibration and fatigue, making every observation smooth and enjoyable.
Made of anodised aluminium and steel, it combines lightness and sturdiness, with a load capacity of up to 7 kg. The parallelogram design keeps the subject framed even when the height changes, an essential feature for sessions with several observers or with children.
Smooth movements and versatility
The L-shaped head allows 360° horizontal and 180° vertical rotation, with precise movements even when seated. The main arm has a 90° travel, while the whole structure rotates 360° on the tripod's horizontal axis. The standard 3/8″ fitting and the dual 1/4″ and 3/8″ binocular mount ensure compatibility with most binoculars on the market.
Balance and accessories
The mount includes a balancing slide with safety lock and a counterweight bar with a 20 mm diameter, compatible with most mount weights. The removable L-shaped head allows Vixen or Losmandy clamps to be fitted, making the structure suitable for small telescopes or photographic instruments as well.
