The Artesky Twist Lock 50.8mm Eyepiece Holder is a high-precision accessory designed for Sky-Watcher Newton telescopes. It screws directly onto the original focuser thread of Sky-Watcher Newtonian models (150PDS, 200PDS, 250PDS, 300PDS, QUATTRO 8S, QUATTRO 10S, QUATTRO 12S and similar), allowing the use of any 50.8mm (2") accessories.
Unlike standard 2" eyepiece holders with side screws, the Twist Lock system provides uniform clamping pressure and eliminates flexure, ensuring perfect optical alignment. It’s an essential component for users seeking maximum stability and precision, especially in advanced astrophotography setups.

Usage is simple: attach a T2–50.8mm adapter to your camera and insert it into the Twist Lock. By rotating the ring toward “CLOSE,” the holder clamps the barrel evenly and securely. A 2" filter (such as a light pollution or polarizing filter) can also be threaded onto the adapter without interfering with the locking mechanism.
