The Askar 71F is a high-quality apochromatic refractor designed for both astrophotography and visual observation. Its air-spaced APO quadruplet optical design, featuring an ED glass element, ensures excellent correction of chromatic aberration and delivers sharp, high-contrast images.
FlatField Optics for Full-Frame Imaging
The integrated field-flattening design produces a perfectly flat 44 mm image circle, making the 71F ideal for full-frame cameras and large astronomy sensors. With M48 and M54 threaded connections, the telescope is fully compatible with DSLR and dedicated astro cameras.
Lightweight, Portable and Travel-Friendly
Weighing only 2.5 kg, the Askar 71F is exceptionally portable, making it well suited for mobile imaging setups and travel astrophotography. The retractable dew shield and robust mechanical construction further enhance ease of transport.
Precision 2.4" Rack & Pinion Focuser
The 2.4" R&P focuser with 1:10 dual-speed reduction and a 360° rotator provides smooth, accurate focusing even with heavier imaging equipment.
