The 0.6x reducer can bring the focal ratio of the Askar 103APO to F4, also providing field flattening. Askar 103APO adopts a detachable tube design, where the back of the tube can be removed when using the 0.6x reducer, allowing the telescope to have the length needed to achieve an F4 focal ratio.
The 0.6x reducer adopts a quadruplet design that also supports a 44mm full-frame image circle. The total weight is 0.98 kg. The back focus from the M48 thread is a standard 55mm. The front thread is M841. At the camera end, three adapters of different sizes, M681, M540.75 and M480.75, are provided for easy and convenient subsequent connection. At the same time, the built-in 2 inch M48*0.75 filter thread can be used to install filters directly. The entire body is CNC machined, with threaded metal caps on both ends to prevent dust when not in use.
