The Auriga image erecting diagonal allows you to use your telescope also for terrestrial and nature observations, eliminating the image inversion typical of astronomical instruments. With the 45° Amici prism, you get upright and correctly oriented images for comfortable and natural viewing.
Built with premium BaK4 glass and featuring multilayer anti-reflection coatings, it ensures maximum light transmission, minimizes brightness loss, and preserves image contrast. The precise optical design delivers sharp, bright, and high-contrast images both for astronomy and naturalistic use.
The Auriga diagonal easily fits into all standard 31.8 mm (1.25") focusers of refractors and catadioptric telescopes. It is compatible with all eyepieces featuring a 31.8 mm barrel. The clamping system with a brass compression ring and ergonomic screw provides secure holding while protecting your accessories.
⚠️ Important note: Not compatible with Newtonian or Dobsonian telescopes.
