Vai al moduloThe Baader Carl Zeiss Abbe 2x Barlow Lens (1.25") is manufactured in Germany by Carl Zeiss Jena and features an integrated T-2 thread. Engineered for both visual observing and astrophotography, it delivers exceptional sharpness, high contrast and minimal internal reflections.
The optical design consists of two modular sections: the front Barlow unit ends with a photographic T-2 thread for direct attachment to DSLR T-rings, while the rear section incorporates the precise and secure Baader ClickLock 1.25" eyepiece clamp.
When connected via the T-2 interface, the Barlow can reach up to 3x magnification without any loss of optical quality. By adding T-2 extension tubes or Baader Varilock spacers, the optical path can be finely adjusted for perfect camera backfocus and image scale.
The multi-layer anti-reflection coating developed by Zeiss provides an extraordinary transmission performance, with only 0.2% light loss in the spectral range where the dark-adapted human eye is most sensitive. The result is extremely high contrast, near-zero scatter and superb performance for both visual use and VIS imaging.
