The Celestron C14 XLT Fastar is a 355 mm f/11 Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope (optical tube only), designed for advanced amateur astronomers and observatories requiring outstanding performance. With its Starbright XLT coatings, it delivers bright, sharp images ideal for both visual astronomy and high-level astrophotography.
Exceptional optical performance
With a 355 mm aperture, the C14 offers nearly double the light-gathering power of the 9.25" model, making it suitable for permanent observatory setups yet still portable enough to be assembled by one person. It excels at high-resolution planetary imaging while also providing excellent results on deep-sky objects. This model is Fastar/Hyperstar compatible (optional), allowing imaging at f/2 for wide-field astrophotography.
