The Celestron CPC 1100 Deluxe HD is an aplanatic Schmidt-Cassegrain EdgeHD telescope with a 280 mm aperture and f/10 focal ratio. Featuring a robust computerized fork mount and integrated GPS, it delivers outstanding optical performance combined with reliable mechanics, making it ideal for both visual observation and long-exposure astrophotography.
The C11 EdgeHD optical tube and fork mount are permanently connected, ensuring maximum stability and easy transport. Thanks to SkyAlign™, the CPC Deluxe HD can be aligned in minutes without identifying alignment stars. The built-in GPS receiver automatically sets the date, time, and location, while the 40,000-object database offers a vast selection of targets for observation or imaging.

The fork mount allows for long-exposure imaging without the issue of meridian flips. Redesigned electronics provide stable, constant power to the motors, ensuring precise tracking and accurate pointing—even when the telescope is not perfectly balanced.

At the heart of the CPC 1100 Deluxe HD is the renowned C11 EdgeHD, combining the popular compactness of a Schmidt-Cassegrain with a fully corrected flat field comparable to professional astrographs. Visually, it delivers pinpoint stars even with ultra-wide 2" eyepieces. In astrophotography, it produces aberration-free images across the entire frame of CCD and DSLR sensors, including full-frame formats.
The EdgeHD optics provide an extremely flat focal plane, are Fastar-compatible, and feature a primary mirror lock and ventilation ports with microfilters to speed up thermal equilibrium. The XLT optical coating enhances brightness and contrast for both planetary and deep-sky observations.
