Good to know
- The optical tube, mount and tripod separate for transport
- The alt-azimuth mount is intended mainly for visual observing; long-exposure deep-sky astrophotography requires an equatorial mount to compensate for field rotation
- The Moon filter does not protect against solar observation: never point the telescope at the Sun without a suitable solar filter fitted over the front aperture
