The Celestron PowerSeeker 60AZ is the ideal telescope for anyone taking their first steps in astronomy. Lightweight, compact and complete with all accessories, it allows you to observe the Moon, planets and double stars from the very first night. Thanks to the intuitive altazimuth mount and the pre-assembled aluminium tripod, it is ready to use in just a few minutes.
With a maximum magnification of 175× and a light-gathering power 73 times greater than the naked eye, the PowerSeeker 60AZ lets you see lunar craters, the phases of Venus, Jupiter’s equatorial bands and the spectacular rings of Saturn. The included erecting eyepiece also makes it suitable for daytime terrestrial observations.
