StarSense AutoAlign V2 is the next-generation automatic alignment accessory for compatible Celestron computerized telescopes. Spend less time setting up and more time observing: it removes the need to manually align your telescope to the night sky thanks to patented StarSense technology.
Using plate-solving technology and a high-sensitivity Sony IMX462LLR-C monochrome image sensor, the device automatically captures and analyses images of the night sky to calculate the telescope's precise position. Within minutes the telescope is aligned and ready to accurately locate and track celestial objects, with no need to manually identify or centre alignment stars.
