The Celestron waterproof cover is designed to protect your telescope setup when it remains assembled but not in use. It offers temporary protection against moisture, dust, dew, light rain and sun exposure, making it ideal for short-term outdoor use between observing sessions or during star parties.
The exterior is made of aluminum-coated laminated fabric that reflects sunlight to help regulate internal temperature and prevent overheating. The soft 210D polyester inner lining protects the telescope and mount from scratches during covering and removal.
Wide compatibility and secure fit
With dimensions of 1470 mm x 1795 mm, this cover is compatible with most Celestron telescopes up to 11" in aperture, including tripod and fully mounted configurations. An integrated drawstring closure ensures a secure fit and keeps the cover in place even in breezy conditions.
Lightweight and easy to store
Weighing only 610 g, the cover is lightweight and easy to fold for compact storage. It requires no special maintenance and is practical for both home use and field astronomy setups.
Usage notice
This cover is intended for short-term protection. It is not suitable for severe or long-term weather exposure. In case of heavy rain, snow, strong wind or extreme conditions, the telescope should be brought indoors.
