The problem all other collimators ignore
The focuser clamp screw pushes any standard collimator off the optical axis on one side. The Hotech SCA-2D solves this with SCA (Self-Centering Adapter) technology: an internal rubber membrane centers the collimator precisely on the focuser axis when tightened — for both 1.25" and 2".
Dual adapter 1.25" and 2": maximum versatility
The SCA-2D consists of a 1.25" laser unit with SCA technology and a precision adapter for 2" focusers. This allows use with both standard diameters without compromising precision. One collimator for all your telescopes.
