When does the delivery take place?

Vai al moduloThe GEM28 mount takes the place of the popular Ieq30 pro and improves many features; thanks to the legacy of the older sister GEM45 it was possible to have a classic German frame with a weight of only 4.5kg and with a maximum load of 12.7kg, with a weight / payload ratio of 2.8x (up to 15kg load in version with 1.75 "Literock tripod)
Now present in all iOptron mounts the convenient Quick-lock axis lock that always guarantees a perfect zero back-lash coupling between crown and VSF.
The connection to the pc takes place via USB or Wifi port and thanks to the iOptron Ascom commander it will be possible to control the mount with your pc even from a distance!
The GotoNova 8409 pointing computer contains a catalog of 212,000 objects and the permanent periodic error recording system, PPEC, which allows unguided poses of a few minutes with short focal lengths.
Thanks to the low periodic error of no more than +/- 10 arcsec, the GEM28 is ideal for astrophotography with instruments up to 10 / 11kg in weight and focal lengths up to 1500mm: autoguiding is possible via ascom or with the ST4 port on the mount.
This small mount is also equipped with the iPolar electronic polar scope, an ultra-precise pole alignment system that can be used even if the Polaris is not perfectly visible!
