Vai al moduloiOptron HAE43 – Dual Harmonic Drive AZ/EQ Mount, 20 kg Payload
The iOptron HAE43 is a dual harmonic drive mount on both RA and DEC axes, designed for amateur astronomers and astrophotographers who demand the best portability-to-payload ratio. Weighing only 5.5 kg with a payload capacity of 20 kg (25 kg with optional counterweight bar), the HAE43 achieves a 3.63x weight-to-load ratio with no bulky counterweights required.
Thanks to its AZ/EQ dual-mode operation, the included iPolar electronic polar scope and the Go2Nova® hand controller with 212,000 object database, the HAE43 is ideal for visual observing, deep-sky astrophotography and planetary imaging on the go.
Harmonic Drive Technology on Both Axes
Unlike hybrid mounts, the HAE43 uses a harmonic drive gear on both RA and DEC with a 270-second gear period. This design completely eliminates conventional counterweights, reduces backlash to zero and delivers an extremely low periodic error – optimal for guided astrophotography.
Electronic Clutch and Alignment Memory
The HAE43 features an automatic electronic clutch that locks both axes on power failure, protecting the telescope even under severe imbalance. When power is restored, the computer retains alignment in memory and automatically resumes tracking without any realignment procedure.
CNC Aluminium and Steel Construction
The mount head is entirely machined from CNC anodized aluminium and steel, with fully internal cable routing and a dual Losmandy and Vixen saddle. Compatible with LiteRoc 1.75" tripod and iOptron carbon tripod (both optional). With the optional counterweight bar, maximum payload increases to 25 kg.
Connectivity and Control
The mount is controlled via integrated WiFi, USB port for firmware updates, ASCOM/Commander on Windows and INDI drivers on macOS/Linux. Supports SkySafari and mobile apps via Commander Lite. Maximum GOTO speed: 4.5°/s. Includes hard carry case.
