Vai al moduloKowa BD 8x25 DCF – Ultra-compact binoculars
Kowa presents the BD25 line. Designed and built entirely in Japan, the BD25s are very compact class binoculars: they weigh only 320 g and measure 11.1 cm (W) x 10.7 cm (L) x 3.9 cm (H), so they fit in a pocket wherever you go.
Optics and protection
Don't be fooled by appearances: the features of these binoculars are normally found only on much larger and more valuable models. The fully multi-coated objective lenses and the prism coatings with C3 technology provide very high transmission and bright, sharp images. All the optics are made of eco-glass, making the production process environmentally friendly.
They are 100% waterproof and nitrogen-filled to prevent internal fogging. The body is rubber-coated to protect the optical groups and give a more secure grip, even with gloves.
Comfort in use
The twin-barrel design makes the binoculars easy and comfortable to hold even for long periods. The minimum focusing distance of just 1.8 m allows more freedom of observation even in particular situations. The twist-up eyecups can be adjusted to individual needs and allow comfortable use for eyeglass wearers too. The larger focusing knob of the BD25 range helps counter the small movements that cause image shake and vibration.
What they are for
Thanks to their robust construction and faithful image reproduction, the BD25 binoculars are suited both to walks in nature and to birdwatching. The close focus also makes them ideal for observing plants, insects and other nearby objects.
