The Kowa BD II XD 8x42 is part of the new series of wide-angle binoculars in the mid-to-high segment. Designed to deliver an immersive panoramic view with premium fluorite optics, it provides bright, sharp images ideal for outdoor activities, wildlife observation, and landscapes.
XD extra-low dispersion lenses
The XD lenses, enriched with fluorite crystal, eliminate chromatic aberration and ensure high-contrast, color-accurate images. All optical surfaces are fully multi-coated to maximize light transmission and deliver natural, detailed views even at the edges of the field.
Advanced KR lens protection
The exclusive Kowa Repelling (KR) coating prevents water, dust, and grease from adhering to the lenses, making cleaning fast and efficient while preserving optical performance.
C3 prism coating
