The Kowa TSN-99A PROMINAR is the flagship of Kowa's PROMINAR series, with the largest pure fluorite crystal lens ever made (99mm): exceptional performance in low light and detailed images free of chromatic aberration. The crystal is paired with a Kowa XD low-dispersion lens that further reduces aberrations even at high magnification.

- Magnesium alloy body, sealed and nitrogen-filled: 100% waterproof and suitable for damp and dusty environments.
- Dual focus knobs with gear reduction: Quick Focus for fast initial focusing, Fine Focus for maximum precision, also useful for digiscoping.
- Kowa Repelling (KR) coating on the objective: repels dirt, dust and liquids and makes cleaning easier.
- Compatible with the Kowa System: interchangeable eyepieces, TSN-EX16 extender, digiscoping adapters for smartphones and cameras, astronomical eyepieces.
- Retractable lens hood with sighting aid, tripod mount with dual thread (1/4″ and 3/8″), 105mm filter thread.
