Thanks to the knurled screw locking system, eyepiece changes are quick, intuitive and secure — even in the dark.
Universal compatibility with astronomical eyepieces
The TSN-AS1.25K screws directly into the eyepiece holder of the Kowa spotting scope, replacing the original eyepiece. Once fitted, it accepts any 1.25" eyepiece from any manufacturer — Pentax XW, Baader Morpheus, Tele Vue, Vixen and many more — greatly expanding night sky observation possibilities without needing a dedicated telescope. Combined with the Kowa TSN-EX16 extender (1.6×), it allows observation of deep-sky objects.

The TSN-99/88/66 PROMINAR series spotting scopes are built around the Kowa System concept: an ecosystem of interchangeable accessories that transforms the same optical body from a daytime spotting scope to an astronomical instrument, from digiscoping to nature photography.
