The Leica Noctivid Compact 8x25 Black Rubber represents a new generation of compact high-performance binoculars, delivering Leica optical quality in a pocket-sized format. Elegance, durability and precision optics combine in an instrument ideal for hiking, nature observation and birdwatching. The rubber armouring provides a secure, non-slip grip in any weather conditions, including wet and cold environments.
Precision optics with 90% light transmission
The 25mm objectives with HDC® multi-layer coating on the outer lenses deliver sharp, high-contrast images with natural colours. The roof prism system with phase correction coating P40 and HighLux-System HLS® ensures 90% light transmission for bright, detailed views even in low-light conditions. The 8x magnification strikes the ideal balance between detail rendition and image stability, with a 120 m field of view at 1,000 m for extended, fatigue-free observation sessions.
Rugged construction and waterproof to 5 metres
The nitrogen-filled aluminium body prevents internal fogging and guarantees waterproofness to a depth of 5 metres. The new reinforced strap lug allows easy attachment of accessories such as Rope Straps for personalised, comfortable carrying. The twist-up eyecups with sliding sleeve and 2 click stops are suitable for eyeglass wearers.
