The Leica Calonox 2 View LRF is the version of the Leica thermal camera equipped with an integrated laser rangefinder: besides spotting wildlife day and night with sharp, high-contrast images (LYNRED sensor, Leica Image Optimization LIO™ software), it lets you measure the distance to the observed subject directly on the display, without additional tools. Made in Leica's factory in Portugal.
LYNRED sensor and laser rangefinder
The 640x480 pixel sensor with 12 µm pixel pitch guarantees sharp, detail-rich images. The integrated laser rangefinder (eye-safe laser class, 905 nm) measures up to 1,200 m on reflective surfaces and up to 500 m on low-reflectivity surfaces. Thanks to the software-based shutter (shutterless), recalibration happens silently and instantly, without freezing the image while tracking a moving subject.
Battery life and smart functions
Up to 10 hours of battery life, ready to use within seconds of switching on, with photo and video recording and Live View streaming to a smartphone via the Leica 2Hunt app (Wi-Fi and Bluetooth®). IP67 certified, body in fiberglass-reinforced plastic with silicone outer finish.
