The Optolong LRGB filter set 36mm includes four filters – Luminance (L), Red (R), Green (G) and Blue (B) – in 36mm unmounted format for filter wheels and mono CCD/CMOS cameras. Each filter is made on a Schott substrate with multi-layer ion-assisted coating for maximum transmission and color stability.
The spectral separation is optimized for maximum color contrast: OIII emissions overlap with B and G channels for natural colors, the Na line at 589nm is blocked between G and R. The L channel covers the entire visible spectrum for maximum resolution. Passband transmission over 95% on all channels.
