Who it's for
Thanks to its long focal length in a compact, lightweight tube, this Maksutov is particularly well suited to high-magnification observation of the Moon, planets and double stars, as well as a first step into planetary photography. The manual EQ3 mount is perfect for learning equatorial tracking, with the option to motorise it later on.
