The Sky-Watcher Planetary 6 mm eyepiece is designed for high-magnification observing and is particularly well suited for detailed views of the Moon, planets, and double stars. Compared to traditional Plössl eyepieces, the wider apparent field of view provides a more comfortable and relaxed observing experience.
High magnification with comfortable viewing
With a 58° apparent field of view and good eye relief, this eyepiece is suitable for observers who wear glasses. The optimized optical design delivers sharp, high-contrast images, making it ideal for resolving fine lunar and planetary details.
Solid construction and practical design
The anodized aluminum body ensures durability and long-term mechanical stability. The integrated rubber eyecup improves observing comfort and helps reduce stray light. The 31.8 mm (1.25") barrel is threaded for standard filters.
