The Sky-Watcher 70/900 AZ-GO2 combines the simplicity of an achromatic refractor with the innovation of a Wi-Fi controlled alt-azimuth computerized mount. Ideal for beginners and hobbyists, it's perfect for observing the Moon, planets, and the brightest deep-sky objects.
Powered by SynScan™ Wi-Fi technology, the telescope can be aligned and controlled via smartphone or tablet using the free SynScan app available for iOS and Android. Alignment is fast and intuitive, aided by the included red dot finder for easy target acquisition.
With a 70 mm aperture and 900 mm focal length (f/12.9), the telescope delivers crisp and contrasted images, achieving up to 140x magnification. It comes complete with two eyepieces (10 mm and 25 mm), a 90° diagonal, and a smartphone adapter for basic astrophotography.
Lightweight, compact, and portable, it includes a foldable aluminum tripod with accessory tray, making it suitable for use at home or in the field.
