Lightweight, compact, and high-performing: The Sky-Watcher Wave 100i is the perfect mount for those seeking portability and precision in astrophotography and observation.
Thanks to the Harmonic Drive direct transmission system, it supports up to 10 kg without counterweights and up to 15 kg with optional counterweights. Smooth, backlash-free motion is ensured by a 300:1 gear ratio on both RA and DEC axes.
Its dual Vixen/Losmandy dovetail saddle allows simultaneous use of two medium-sized optical tubes—perfect for combined photography and observation. This feature also increases the main tube's load capacity by over 30%.
Fully compatible with both equatorial (EQ) and alt-azimuth (AZ) modes, this mount weighs only 4.3 kg and features a robust AL6061 CNC-machined aluminum body.
Advanced connectivity: Built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, USB-B port, RJ45 for SynScan hand controller, SNAP port for cameras, and RJ12 for autoguiding. Fully compatible with the Sky-Watcher SynScan PRO app for iOS and Android.
