Compact, powerful, and uncompromising: The Sky-Watcher Wave 150i is the perfect mount for mobile astrophotographers who demand high performance in a lightweight design (only 5.8 kg).
Thanks to its Harmonic Drive direct transmission system, the Wave 150i supports up to 15 kg without counterweights and up to 25 kg with optional counterweights, making it ideal for heavy optical tubes while ensuring smooth, backlash-free operation.
Fully compatible with both equatorial (EQ) and alt-azimuth (AZ) modes, it offers maximum flexibility for both visual observation and long-exposure astrophotography.
The AL6061 CNC-machined aluminum body provides robustness and portability. Smart cable management, secure RA axis lock, and red LED illumination for the bubble level and latitude scale ensure ease of use even in the dark.
Advanced connectivity: Built-in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB-B, RJ45, and SNAP port allow full control via the Sky-Watcher SynScan app (iOS/Android) and most autoguiding software.
