The ToupTek GPM462M is a professional monochrome autoguiding camera based on the back-illuminated Sony IMX462 sensor. Thanks to its exceptional ability to capture infrared light (with a high QE value at 500nm), large full well capacity, high dynamic range, and low read noise, it guarantees excellent performance in autoguiding as well as planetary, solar, and lunar photography.
The dual HCG (High Conversion Gain) and LCG (Low Conversion Gain) modes allow performance optimization for every scenario: HCG offers minimal read noise (down to 0.76e-), ideal for extremely faint guide stars, while LCG offers greater full well capacity for bright targets such as planets and the Sun.
