The ZWO ASI 290 MM Mono is a universal monochrome CMOS camera with a Sony IMX290 back-side illuminated sensor at 2.13 MP. Thanks to BSI technology it combines very high sensitivity, low read noise (1.0 e⁻) and high frame rate — suitable for planetary and lunar imaging, autoguiding and deep-sky astrophotography without cooling.
The 2.9 µm pixels deliver high resolution at long focal lengths. Via USB 3.0 it reaches up to 170 fps at full resolution. High sensitivity in H-Alpha and near-infrared. 1.25" and T2 connection. Includes USB cable, ST4 guide cable, 2.5 mm wide-angle lens, driver CD.
