Vai al moduloThe ZWO M42 2" Filter Drawer V2 is designed to simplify the use of 2-inch astronomical filters within imaging trains, offering a compact and mechanically precise solution for astrophotography setups. With a reduced thickness of only 21 mm, it is particularly suitable for configurations where available backfocus is limited, while maintaining a solid and reliable connection.
The filter drawer features a ring-style design and standard astrophotography threads. On the camera side, it is equipped with a M42x0.75 male thread, while both the filter end and telescope side use a M48x0.75 female thread. This configuration allows direct use of 2" astronomical filters and ensures compatibility with imaging systems based on M42 or M48 connections.
An M48–M42 adapter is included, allowing the filter drawer to be used flexibly with both cameras and telescopes. This makes it easy to adapt the component to different optical configurations without introducing unnecessary elements into the imaging train.
